Spain is the country where you eat good. You probably have a fav dish from somewhere else. But with the insane variety of dishes they have, and even local specialities up to 5 per city Madrid and Barcelona have specialities per neighborhood even. They surely will nail one you’ll like and the serving… They’ll fill a fucking plate and you will leave it clean.
