Yes, that’s the point of the post. Trump and his campaign staff could not have tried harder to imply they were using the Coachella festival grounds for Trump’s “100k” event but it actually took place at a random shithole in the Coachella valley that’s a fraction of the size. But thank you for explaining it a second time and for including another map, the first one clearly wasn’t enough to illustrate the point that Coachella is a place in California and not just the name of a music festival.

When and where did they claim they were going to be holding a rally at Coachella Festival Grounds? The average person probably doesn’t even realize Coachella is the name of a music festival, let alone a city in California…

        Fuck trump either way lol

Coachella is one of the biggest music festivals in the world and has been going on for twenty five years. It’s always a mistake to assume one’s own ignorance is shared by everyone else.

It’s odd that you act like not knowing some California music festival is “ignorance”. What is the word for assuming everyone on earth gives a shit about what Americans are doing? I mean they only had their first asian headliner last year… I’m guessing the majority of humans have never heard of this shit.

You should look up the definition of the word ignorance, because you clearly don’t understand what it means. Here, I’ll do it for you:

              https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/ignorance

the state or fact of being ignorant: lack of knowledge, education, or awareness

So yes, being unaware of something makes one ignorant. There is a difference between ignorance and stupidity. They are not synonyms. Glad I could clear that up for you. I’m gonna go ahead and block you now, so bye bye 👋

Oh shit Zero just linked a dictionary, I am ruined! But sorry, no. One is not “ignorant” in a vacuum. One must always be ignorant TO something. There’s always so much we don’t know. Apparently you haven’t figured that out yet. Or maybe you have, Zero the All-Knowing. Why else would you be throwing so much shade to people who don’t know random bullshit about your own proximity? Anyway, bye forever, Star of the Universe.

          In the US?

Anyone under 50 and most over 50 that watch the news occasionally…

          also which is more likely.

          1. Trump’s campaign accidentally chose an obscure CA town that just happened to be hosting the most popular music festival in the US.

          or

          1. They intentionally chose the site to gain favor with young people?

So you lack all critical thinking skills?

Yeah, I don’t get the point of this post. Even if it was the same place, it’s just a field when the festival is not on, there’s nothing special about it.

Thanks for the clarification! Never heard of the place or the festival. Or the trump rally, for that matter. Also fuck OP for being an obnoxious prick to you in response to this useful clarification
