  • LMABF8 had the coldest water. I’m all for the EZH20 because I carry a bottle around with me and it’s less likely to spread germs and causes less waste, but I feel like the water coming out of them is barely chilled. I like my water to be so cold it is borderline painful when I am drinking it.

Nothing hit as hard as coming out of gym class in high school and getting some fresh gulps of ice cold water from the LMABF8. Peak refreshment.

  • Confusion like this got me my current job. They were looking for somebody with experience in “Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager”, and I look that up and I’m like “Oh, that’s SCCM, I do that”. Go through the interview process they keep asking me if I know Endpoint Configuration Manager and I’m like “yeah, for sure”. I get the job. Day one, the other systems engineer is like “here is the link to our Endpoint Manager Tenant”, and I’m like “oh… Shit I have never ever used this”

Well… Ends up Endpoint Configuration Manager and Endpoint Manager are two different things. Fortunately for me they are pretty similar in function and rely on knowledge of Windows and Powershell, which I know.

So my first 2 weeks of work was taking a shitload of courses in Endpoint Manager and watching a lot of videos and learning it inside and out.

2 years later and I’m an Endpoint Manager/Intune pro.

  • I disagree. Robots could still be designed to work and fit in human spaces but be much more versatile with more limbs. Like they could have 4 legs that are the same size as 2 human legs (think 2 human legs split right down the center). Robots don’t need muscle mass in order to carry their weight. You can fit way more in a smaller space with pneumatics. You could have arms that split apart into more arms when needed. Why only 5 fingers per hand? Why only 1 thumb per hand? Why only eyes/cameras on the head? They should have eyes/cameras everywhere. Every place you can put them. Bipedal is good enough for us because it’s what we have. When you get to design something from the ground up, make it harder, better, faster, stronger.
