I think this is meme-ing on some twitter thing from today.
He’s referring to the “rallies” that Biden would have durring covid where small tables would be set out with a circle drawn on the ground with lots of space in between.
If that’s the case, then they’re technically savvy enough to use Let’s Encrypt which is universally trusted.

I’m gonna posit a guess of around 1930 through the late 90’s when the internet started eating everyone’s lunch for “free”.

I generally consider Republican candidates and ideas non-starters. Not even worthy of consideration. When I criticize Democrats, the “Trump is not an option” is implied.
