Whom should I murder? Are you free on friday?
Whom should I murder? Are you free on friday?
Yeah, it’s probable that I won’t. But what made you think I’m disparaging him?
Thanks for asking m8 now fuck off
Cool that the generationally rich guy who supported anti-woke messages and Elon Musk amongst other things is Lemmy’s new hero. Perhaps there’s some weird sort of hope in the air, that actions speak more than one’s bank account or family, and more than whatever the fuck one does in social media.
Let me tell you, as someone with potentially a bit of wealth to give out when I kick the bucket, every week with my kids I get this idea at least once. In some ways, it’s the last bit of power we have until becoming of unsound mind. I’m hoping they’ll grow out of making me feel that.
Given the world of BB, he would exchange some key components of the drug with some household stuff, and end up with a cancer drug that is “like, 100% pure, bitch”.
I’m gonna steel man this one and state that those officers are there to protect him more than protect others from him. That’s why school shooters have fewer officers escorting them, because who the fuck cares if somebody murders those monsters.

Everyone would start a company and name themselves CEO?
That might be a good thing, because making a terrorism charge stick is going to be should in a just world be really really difficult.
That’s risky, there could be some pretty heinous fucked up shit in there waiting to be undeleted.
But I agree with the sentiment.
Yeah, Iran’s last democratically elected leader was Mohammed Mosaddegh, who upheld the most watered down and benign version of social democracy you can think of. He publicly opposed communism and really should’ve been an ally or at least a friend of the west.
CIA was out of their fucking minds when they fucked that one up.
To such a simple question I can offer a simple answer: Everything.
The real answer is not that simple of course. There’s some good ideas in socialism.
What most non-crazy people seem to mean by “socialism” is liberalism with a strong social safety net and public services (e.g. Nordic countries, “Democratic socialists” like Bernie Sanders, etc), which is a separate thing altogether.
Exactly, and specifically for this thread this is not quite the same socialism what Bashar al-Assad has been going for.
I could be wrong, but it seems to me that decision-makers all over the planet are absolutely horrified at the idea of making any sweeping changes whatsover to health care system, whatever it is. Because they fear the very real possibility that they will cause masses of deaths due to complications during the transition and then that will be their legacy.
If we take at face value that there exists a change that one can just simply make to the healthcare system, and then it will all be better, there’s still going to be some kind of transition.
