Probably the only thing I do.
Probably the only thing I do.
There’s a dedicated 10th circle in hell for this people. As someone who runs a root-on-tmpfs
system, PLEASE document which dirs your application is using.
It is a total pain, specially with non standar ones.
But tbf there are a lot of Linux devs who neither have read a single line of any Linux standard API.
XDG_DIR, Portals, Secrets, D-Bus, the Desktop file spec, Appstream… are there for you to read. 🥰
Definitely not in Europe. In Germany they have laws agains Nazi apology but I’m unsure of the specifics.
Spain recently passed a law to make ilegal all glorification of the fascist dictatorship and there’s still a foundation named after the dictator himself…
I’m currently on “modified release” methylphenidate, it goes harder first and then declines. (More or less, I can’t recall the actual curve).
I do not consume any caffeine tho. Currently tweaking the dosage and hoping my body adapts…
Already did, got told to half the dossage (from 2 pill to 1, 40mg -> 20mg).
I guess it feels less bad?
I was in a relationship until almost a month ago.
Now just kind sad because I study from home and have almost zero social interactions.
No but now I do.
This is nixos.
Having a good --help
command does wonders.
There are man pages which do avoid me opening a web browser, the systemd
ones are pretty good for example.
I just installed tldr
to test it out tho.
I know, I wasn’t expecting to take them and solve all my life problems. (Wouldn’t have complained tho. /j)
It’s just that I do not notice any difference, maybe a few side effects here and there but nothing else. First I thought it was the dosage but now I don’t know anymore. :/
Disappointed, 70mg of Elvanse and still nothing.
Yep, it is present on a lot of old literature.
Do you even realise it is late? Uh.
Yep, all good here.
I have a follow-up meeting with my doc next Monday to check how has been the medication going. I noted everything donw in order to make sure I bring it up.
Thanks for answering, the comments helped then.
Yep, all good.
I got over the panick rather quickly and calmed down. In the end nothing remarkable happend.
Reading this comment section, specially in the moment was really comforting. Thanks for asking. <3
That’s both a really cool and useful thing to have. I don’t know if such service exists in my country tho. I just have the emergency number on my phone.
In the end it was all good and uneventful but thanks for the comment anyway. :)
I don’t mean it in a parasocial relationship way or anything. I just like the vibe here and think the admin is cool.
Also, the more decentralised the network is the better for everyone involved.
I had done a lot of, mostly, well informed research on what I’m taking and I should have known better than to panicking…
It ended up serving as an experiment tho, I’m gathering data for a follow-up meeting with my doctor about how the medication is working.
It alm turned to be okey but thanks for the comment anyway. :)
I hace a Xenia sticker on a machine that enthusiastically runs SysD.
