I guess that running power in a circle like that as fast as possible might heat up the battery, which reduces internal resistance, which increases battery voltage during load, which tricks the sensor that uses voltage to estimate charge.
It similar to when a fully charged but very cold car battery cannot start a car, as if the battery was discharged. Then you turn on the cars lights for a while, which to the cold batter is a significant load. The battery heats up, and then you can start the car.

This is hard for me to wrap my head around. Here, if a new employee gets sick within the first 8 weeks, the employer can get the pay partially refunded. But the employer must always pay in full during sick leave.

In my country I pay for health INSURANCE through income tax. I get healthcare for free. I call it free because I don’t pay to go to the doctor or the hospital. ** So why is this distinction important to me? Because this means I don’t have to worry about paying for healthcare. I don’t save any money by not going to the doctor. I don’t loose access to health care if I loose my job. As long as I am a citizen here, money and healthcare are two unrelated concerns.
I know that money is going from my salary and in some way to the hospitals etc, there’s no way around that. But this way I don’t have to worry about it. Not when paying my bills, not when needing health care.

Yes, that is the number of rows. But that makes it the vertical resolution. There’s 1080 pixels from top to bottom. If the arrows/triangles are indicating the direction of measurement, they are wrong.
I suspect that it’s an attempt at indicating a wide screen. 16:9, 16:10 etc was fairly new at the time, many buyers would be expecting their usual 4:3 screen ratio.

It is very common to re-enact when the cameras are on. This was Trumps chance to show compassion.
I just rewatched that bit trying to see it from your angle, and I don’t see it at. He spelled out some stuff that any world leader shouldn’t need to be told, I assume that was for the cameras.
Although you could be right, that Zelensky is approaching Trumps childish language. But even if that is true, how is this something that would upset Trump? Most people appreciate when you use their own way of communication, except when their way is some variation of bullying.
