In an active-voice headline they would need to add a word like “allegedly” or “reportedly”, which they could have done.
If they report a claim that someone committed a crime and the person is found to not have actually done so, that’s grounds for a libel lawsuit.
So reporting on alleged crimes is done carefully.

Yes, having a support group of people eating the same way helps. Everyone seems to have stories about their own friends and family that don’t get it even when they are on statins or have other health or weight problems.
I ran into the guy from the group this morning. He is in 60s and had just finished in the top 3 in his age group at a local 5k race.
I came in maybe 4th in my age group but I ran an extra 5 miles to get to the race.

I’m part of a whole-foods plant-based potluck group. A number of people are eating that way to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight. Most people in the group are maintaining a healthy weight without any major exercise plan.
I co-owned and worked at a small business and we tried unlimited PTO.
We had to add a two-week minimum clause because some people weren’t even taking that.
As an employee, I came to prefer a fixed amount that expired because it felt like it should all be used.
With unlimited, it seems some people who felt guilty or loyal or “busy” would take less while others who felt entitled would take more.
