Scientifc classification by sex. Referring to others by their biological sex in a social context is weird and creepy. Even if you believe sex and gender are the same thing, it’s still weird to call people by their sex. “Hello, male human. Want to ingest some fried pieces of cow flesh tonight?”
Using “guys” for a group of only women works only in 2nd person. You can say “I love you guys!” to a group of women, but you can’t say “I was hanging out with the guys” when talking about the same group.

Yes, about 500ml. I was addressing the first part, where OP said “16 oz is approximately 500 g”. That means they converted weight (and were very generous in the approximation, since the result is about 453g). And then converted weight to volume, since water density is about 1g/ml.
It’s confusing, but there are two different units: “oz” (ounces) and “fl oz” (fluid ounces). Ounces are a unit of weight and fluid ounces are a unit of volume. But it’s not always written explicitly as “fl oz”, sometimes it’s shortened to just “oz” and you get from context they mean the fluid ones.
So 16 oz in that context means 16 fl oz, which is about 473 ml.

That doesn’t happen. The treaties can force a country to join the eurozone once they meet the convergence criteria. But the convergence criteria include being part of ERM II for at least 2 years. Participating in ERM II is not mandatory, so countries can simply choose not to, and thus never meet the criteria for adopting the Euro.
For example, out of the six EU countries currently not in the eurozone, only one is participating in ERM II (Bulgaria).
Edit: and there are always opt-outs too. Denmark for example opted out of the Eurozone.

I do agree with separating the artist from the art, but I also understand choosing to not support people whose values you disagree with. Because your money will end up being used to support those values.
So yes, I won’t say that I don’t like certain songs/books/paintings/etc. because of the artist, but I can refuse to pay for them or other related merchandise.
