Is all of that impressive belly fat? Can you have that surgically removed?

Btw: As an older guy I have a “normal” belly, still far away from the dimensions of your condition, and my much smaller belly still is unnervingly in the way when tying shoe strings and the likes. Having a belly like yours would make any handling below the gut area impossible I’d say.
