LPT: add a lemon peel and honey to any coffee incl instant and it will taste gourmet. Add condensed milk if you’re feeling fancy. This is what I do for fieldwork coffee. I learned this off a good Brazilian friend, never went back. I always do at least the peel now, it neutralises the acids.

They don’t fix anything, they just make it a bit easier to change habits. But, sometimes that’s all people need. I hope they work well for you. ＼(^_^)／ Protein, exercise, hydration and good sleep are important for them to work right.

When I could exercise a lot, everything else got easier. Regular sleep, good eating habits etc. Now that I can’t it’s pretty much a crapshoot. I didn’t eat fast food for years and I was at the gym 5 times per week at least. Exercise is really important for ADHD.
