Britain, honey, nobody wants you like that! You are not worth the effort!
Canadian cosmonaut desperate for comrades in the worst province.
Yes, the dogs are also communists.
Britain, honey, nobody wants you like that! You are not worth the effort!
Again another subtle comparison between Russia and Nazi Fucking Germany. I can’t with these people.
Finland really is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. They have people believing they’re the sweetest, most tolerant and happy country ever, yet they seemed to have never let go of their fascist past. Literally celebrating a violent racist… cool.
I think it might be due to the fact that your comment implies Russia carved up eastern Ukraine which is not what is happening. That places Russia’s role in the war as the same as the US. I’m sure that’s not what you meant considering the rest of your comment is about the logic of the resource extraction, in that it’s not possible due to the area with said resources is under Russian control/protection. Correct me if I’m wrong, though.
I’m sure this will go over well with the Ukrainian populace. I have no doubts they’d be thrilled to allow the US to carve up their country.
Why are they so surprised that Russia is building its military when it is actively at war. How is that concerning? That’s what happens.
Also, all this fear mongering around Russia pushing past Ukraine into the rest of Europe is hilarious because I highly doubt that will ever happen. Once the war is over and Russia doesn’t do that, what will European leaders do? How will they justify everything they’ve done? People are so scared, and when they realize their fears were unfounded, what then?
That would be a depressing outcome. I do wonder what Ukrainians think about this whole thing, including our comrades…
My only real worry about this is, if the Russians do install a pro-Russia government then will the Ukrainians ever forgive them for it? They might see it as legit imperialism and then it’s back to square one. I know optics don’t really matter but it’s something I am thinking about. Having a government that is anti-west (or neutral) is definitely for the best but will the Ukrainian people be okay with that? What if they do another coup? I honestly don’t know if they are aware that the war is the West’s doing. Maybe they do.
Is… is Ukraine screwed? Because this is probably the WORST outcome. Not only will they lose the war (Russia will not agree to the Trump terms) but their country will be drained of resources as well in the mean time. There will be nothing left.
Wow.
I am aware that the Ukrainian government made the offer but this just straight up sounds like extortion.
He is either betting on the lack of knowledge that people have on the Ukraine war or has really poor memory because didn’t he arm the Ukrainians when he was in office the first time? If he wanted to end the conflict for good he should’ve done it back then. But this is Trump we are talking about, he’s just an opportunist really.
