I think he’s paying the price for his ridiculous beliefs. All powerful gods clearly lack the understanding of a simple mistake. I’m sure the god of Bozo will make good use of that phone, you know calling all of his godly friends, surfing the heavenly net with his overpowered data plan, maybe swiping right from time to time.

Many years ago I saw a report on an elderly woman that killed a bunch of people sitting on one of those concrete benches at a bus stop in Florida (of course). Apparently, she never hit the brakes. Only the resistance of the bodies, concrete bench and building beyond, stopped the car. She was essentially charged with a traffic violation. And it turns out this wasn’t the first time she had done something like this. This was literally decades ago so I don’t know if or how the laws have changed but I remember thinking at the time, if you want to get rid of someone and get away with it, that’s the way to do it.

That’s why I’m very picky about donating. When I was at my very first job, pushing 1200 packages an hour at UPS for hourly wages, I donated to the United Way via payroll deduction. I was listening to the news in my car when I heard the CEO of United Way took his family on a $2M vacation. I had that payroll deduction removed on the very next shift.

Saw a video of a judge that got pulled over and he really gave the cop a tongue-lashing. After the cop ran the tag and verified he was a judge he apologized profusely. Figured it worked the same for senators.

I have never seen a nuclear explosion in person and I hope I never do. I kind of think they SHOULD be treated with reverence.

I get a receipt for everything, that way if anyone asks if I have the receipt, the answer is always yes, not gee was this one of the things I thought was too inconsequential to keep the receipt for.

Also, if I’m ever audited by the IRS I’m going to inundate them with so many receipts, they’ll owe ME money when it’s over.

Can you turn off the memories feature?

Before my Facebook account was hacked and I never got a new one, it would show me memories of when my mom died.

I usually ask what the hell it even matters to them and I usually get the Republican talking points. They’re not going to change their minds because you shame them. Haters gonna hate. It’s a shame but humans have a very long history of hating those that are not like them. Keep trying though, you never know…
