  • If you look at the details, he wasn’t doing it to tip the scales, he was doing it because he was trying to be TOO ethical without looking at the political context of everything. Comeys crime has always been being too fixated on smaller ethical issues to understand the impact of his role in the wider political picture. In essence, he resists playing politics and instead gets drawn in to them. Trump tried to get him to pledge loyalty, but when he resisted, Trump fired him. Remember that?

  • Comey just followed what he felt was ethical to a fault without looking at the wider picture. He was too fixated on the minute details to see the bigger political picture. And, when Trump tried to get him to pledge loyalty, he refused and was instead fired. Comey’s crime was resisting political pressure from both sides. Either way, that’s over and he thinks Trump is horrendous and wants to get rid of him. You ever hear the phrase “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”?

  • You don’t win by hating everyone that doesn’t agree with you on 100% of everything. Problem with the left actually are these fucking purity tests. It’s why the left is weak as fuck. We could build a coalition, but no that guy one time did or said something I don’t like, so therefore I’d rather let evil win instead. Exactly what happened when it comes to Biden and Gaza.

The left fails to understand that power is incremental. On day one, you don’t get 100% of what you want. If you’re lucky you get 1% of it and you shift the Overton window. You just gotta keep pulling people your way and shifting the Overton window. You get a little more of what you want overtime, but the most important thing is that you’re moving in a direction that is where you want to go. But, everyone down voting me wants everything their way right fucking now, or they don’t want any of it. Well, I can tell you, you’re getting nothing that you want right now. Learn to work together.
