(Maybe spoiler tag it)
I tried to comment like 5 times before noticing it’s a long photo and the photo was magnifying 😭 I was so confused. I even thought for a second that I was just seeing the same post below the rat post as the one in the photo. I was so convinced I took a screenshot to post in the comments. What a trip.
Hey, checking in. I know what this paralysis feels like. I do encourage you to JUST take it out. Maybe skim it if you can. Nothing else, then take another little break for a time. You got this <3

BPD is becoming increasingly more treatable and less therapists have the opinion that you stated here. It’s just that CBT, the traditionally used approach, is not the most effective solution. It’s DBT that is effective for BPD. As the commenter below you said, mindfulness has been great for them, and that’s a core part of BPD. I don’t have BPD but my diagnosis includes “traits of BPD” on my chart and I thought therapy didn’t work for me until I went to a specifically DBT-focused skills group.
Baseball, huh?
So when you say pull it with tweezers… You mean pull your nail all the way out??? Doesn that hurt how the hell do you do that?
Colors are such a subjective experience! I would definitely classify salmon as pink, but now that you say it I can see why another person might classify it as orange. It would never have occured to me naturally though.
Isn’t that cool?
Yes, I’m aware of that. I would think that you still wouldn’t get those colors to look like that with saturated film if you didn’t also have the correct weather conditions for things to look naturally bright and colorful in real life as well. It’s a combination of saturated film and correct lighting and weather conditions that produced the result
ETA: Although yes reading back on the comment chain you’re right, it wouldn’t like so saturated as it does in the photo in real life. Though I have had the conditions be just right to where it gets close to that.
Porque no los dos?
