The dissolution of the state is the final stage of Communism. The material conditions of Stalin’s time did not call for it; and if anything, the greatest critique of Stalin among modern Leninists is that his economic policy of mass collectivization was Ultra-Leftist.
That’s functionally the difference between Anarchism, a fundamentally Individualist and Idealist ideology, and Marxism, which is fundamentally Collectivist and Scientific.
A Marxist political society will also tend towards Classlessness and Statelessness, though in the case of Marxism both of these are not goals but an inevitable result of a society dominated by the Proletariat according to Marxist theory.

Try drinking a Bell’s Two-Hearted and tell me it tastes like pisswater. I’m not saying it’s for everyone but it’s definitely got some taste to it

I’m part of a coalition trying to prevent a private equity firm from buying out a local nonprofit hospital and using AI to “Improve efficiency” is one of their plans that we’ve had to study (done by people much more competent than I).
The main thing they plan to use AI for is filling out paperwork - nurses will record their introductory interviews with patients and the AI (basically, speech recognition + knowing what fields to fill out for certain information) will automatically fill out that patient’s chart.
I’m sure they’re planning on using AI for other purposes as well, but this is the most prevalent use - speech recognition and filling out charts automatically.
It does make sense, it just has slightly abbreviated grammar - in the traditional style of a newspaper headline.
While “Biden is going to lose the election” is “proper” grammar, abbreviating it to “Biden to lose election” is also completely valid, within certain contexts (such as a headline).
