If i don’t have something in the background that i find a minimum interesting i space out from what i need to do too often and time disapears.
I got that glitch once. You definitely need a professional or the couch might and up in a wall.
I got soylent powder for about 4 years and i liked it. I switched to a canadian brand called sperri that use (i think) better ingredients and i like it a lot.
Meal replacements really helped me eat more consistently. I just chug one when i get to work at around 9am and another at 1pm to feel good until i eat dinner. I used to not eat breakfast and snack all day wich was definitely worse.
Yea but after doing this 5 times you start to get a good grasp on the subject! XD
Variety is the spice of life but water wins most times for me. i still have 30 different teas at work to choose from XD

I’m self medicating with drinking lots of water, sleeping 8hrs everyday and eating healthy and nutritious foods at every meals. :)

I started dehydrating food to make snacks and i wish i had a collection of nice jars. I take whatever empty glass containers i can get my hands on.
