At least not at the national level. Third parties do fairly well locally.

There were 6 or 7 candidates for President on the Virginia ballot. Would have been great to have RCV at the bare minimum here.

Would a home count as unrealized gains? Because I’d be fucked if I got taxed on it more than I already do.

It feels like whoever made this only sees those large suburban sprawls in the South West of the US where it’s all flat desert. Or the suburbs built on large tracts of farmland that had trees taken down many years before for crops.

Housing development is expensive when you have to cut down and uproot large tracts of forest. They’re not willing to do that unless there is a high rate of return… Such as an apartment building with a hundred tenants.

Thank you. I was in the same boat. Did I want Biden President again? Not really. But there were no alternatives at the time and I thought that Harris wasn’t exactly getting the recognition when people wanted to just drop Biden.

I’m glad I’m wrong about staying with Biden. I’m happier that Harris has taken up the mantle. I just hope that it’s enough to drive turnout.

God my feed was actually tolerable by blocking Hexbear and lemmy.ml. hell, it got better after blocking specific users before just blocking the whole instance itself.

Unflavored and by itself, it’s meh. But flavored and/or mixed in with yogurt drinks or calpico, it’s dangerous.
