My Facebook messenger is full of these random anecdotes to former classmates. It usually gets left on read or replies are ??? But sometimes it reignites friendships and that makes it worth it.

Remember, everyone else is often just as weird as you are. People just hide it differently. Life is short, have fun.

I’ve got very few long term prospects, very little empathy for the undeserving wealthy, and a whole lot of spare time.

I assumed any old villager would deal with having to shift hay in their yard be it from livestock or horses. Plus they also had torches which made sense, I assume any long pole like weapon was sufficient.

To the other dudes still like me searching for a meaningful relationship, if you haven’t discovered yet there’s a huge part that makes it easier. Become friends first, then date. If you force right into intimacy there’s no relationship developed. It’s not like HighSchool anymore unfortunately, persistence is key but know when to move on.

Hey, American here. I watch tons of old British telly and I thought i had a good understanding of currency terms but now I’m confused. I thought a quid is just another word for a pound?

While im here, is pence-pennies,tuppence-2 pennies, a shilling-like a dime or something,bob-just slang for pound? Plus you guys had the euro sort of wander in before brevity, it’s all so confusing.

People have mixed feelings but having just moved to a place with a disposal unit this year has made trash accumulation so much easier. Never realized how much foodstuffs I would throw in the trash.

The rear neighbors are also the type of people to be out on a Tuesday afternoon day drinking and listening to overly loud music from a culture I’m not too hot on; so more noise barrier was necessary.

Texas suburban cul-de-sac, one side is road facing with tree/shrub coverage so it’s not obstrusive from the roadway.

The yard also sits probably a foot down from the main ground level so it doesn’t look out of place, the alternative would have been a 6/8 ft fence with like 2 ft vine trellace
