    It was supposed to be a test, because “testar” in Portuguese is “teste”, and I speak both languages ​​poorly :)

      Both languges? Which languages? Are “testar” and “teste” English borrowings in those languages as well? I speak spanish, and I know “testear” is derived from “test”. Also, I was looking at the etymology of the word and it turns out it’s latin in origin. This is quite interesting : etymology of “test”
