    If one guy chokes, can he breathe using the other half? I’m overthinking the joke but it’s got me wondering how that guy died.

      I think it mostly depends on the type of twins they are, most notably if they share a heart as a shared heart could supply oxygenated blood for both but if they have their own hearts(and lungs) their blood circulation might not be sufficiently interconnected(if at all) to supply both
